Welcome to our online shop. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchases. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Operations

This website is built and maintained by Debug Labs, on behalf of The Merch Labs, who act on behalf of Crowle Colts FC. All products available for purchase are produced and sold on behalf of Crowle Colts.

2. Fulfilment and Refund Policy

• A fulfilment fee applies to all orders. This fee is non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

• Packing and postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• A 5% Gateway Fee is charged on each order. This fee is paid directly to Merch Labs to cover fulfilment services.

3. Made to Order Products and Dispatch Timeframes

All items are made to order. Please note that there may be a production period before dispatch. Postage timeframes are based on “From Dispatch” and not from the date of order.

4. Click and Collect Policy

The Merch Labs are not responsible for Click and Collect orders once they have been handed over to Crowle Colts for collection.

5. Data Ownership

Any data collected through this website is owned by The Merch Labs.

6. Profit Reinvestment

All profits that Crowle Colts make from sales on this website will be reinvested back into the Football Club ensuring that your purchases directly contribute to the club’s future.
